Student Attendance Action Steps

Action Step 1: Continue the established proactive attendance communication protocol in which outreach is initiated after two consecutive absences, and formal notification letters following the fifth/seventh unexcused absences to promote accountability and consistent attendance. 
Action Step 2: Continue the attendance intervention process by convening an Attendance Panel with families when a students reaches 10 unexcused absences, fostering collaborative problem-solving and reinforcing the importance of consistent school attendance.
